• Between Users: Brand profiles, campaign details, and Influencer profiles are visible to relevant Platform Users as necessary for campaign matching and execution.

• Legal Compliance: when required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
